Někdy musíme přidat nebo vypustit sloupec do zdrojové tabulky, ve které je již povoleno zachytávání změn dat (CDC).
Sloupec Nové přidané nebude sledován zachycováním změn (CDC) a u sloupce Vypuštěno bude tabulka CDC show Null.

SP lze použít k přidání nového sloupce ke změně zachycení dat (CDC) bez ztráty jakýchkoli předchozích dat v tabulce CDC. Stejný SP lze použít k vypuštění sloupce z Change Data Capture (CDC), jako je vypuštěn ze zdrojového sloupce, ale ponechání zbývajících sloupců bez ztráty jakýchkoli dat v tabulce CDC.
