Dnes jsem se dostal k tomuto problému a zveřejnil jsem ho na svém blogu. Stručný popis řešení je vytvořit dočasnou tabulku s jedním sloupcem a poté ji dynamicky ALTER pomocí sp_executesql. Pak do něj můžete vložit výsledky dynamického PIVOTu. Pracovní příklad níže.
