Chcete-li uložit normální provozní dobu, budete muset uložit řadu záznamů obsahujících:
- Obchod – INTEGER
- Den v týdnu – INTEGER (0–6)
- OpenTime – TIME
- Čas uzavření – TIME
Předpokládám například, že každý obchod má zkrácenou otevírací dobu během státních svátků nebo má odstávky závodu, takže byste také museli uložit nějaké záznamy o přepsání:
- Obchod – INTEGER
- OverrideStartDate – DATE
- OverrideEndDate – DATE
- Den v týdnu – INTEGER (0–6)
- AltOpenTime – TIME
- AltCloseTime – TIME
- Uzavřeno – INTEGER (0, 1)
Najít otevřené obchody je triviální, ale musíte také zkontrolovat, zda existují přepsané hodiny:

Pokud budou vráceny nějaké záznamy, tyto obchody mají náhradní otevírací dobu nebo jsou zavřené.
Může zde být několik pěkných SQL-fu, které můžete udělat, ale toto vám poskytne základy.

Pokud jde o efektivitu, je efektivní v tom smyslu, že stačí provést jedno volání MySQL, což je často překážka, pokud je přes síť. Budete muset vyzkoušet a zjistit, zda to funguje podle vašich specifikací. Pokud ne, můžete si hrát s nějakými indexy.
