Na SO je 100 příkladů pivot, takže jsem chtěl ukázat způsob, jak to udělat, který není tak dobrý jako pivot, ale funguje pro váš příklad. Nemusí odpovídat celé vaší datové sadě a byla založena pouze na vašich ukázkových datech.
Je třeba poznamenat, že vaše testovací data neposkytují výsledky, o kterých tvrdíte, že poskytují. Pravděpodobně jen překlep na vložce.
