Předpokládal jsem, že vaše tabulka má skutečně další sloupec, který jste neukázali a který udává pozici sloupce. Pokud ne, můžete to nějak vygenerovat - možná na základě column_id pro sloupec základní tabulky, abecedně nebo jakkoli. Pro klauzuli connect-by potřebujete pouze souvislou číselnou řadu.
Potom můžete použít dvě sjednocení k získání textových částí pro tyto hodnoty sloupců a cest (protože ve vaší konečné tabulce musí být samostatné řádky), plus další pro SELECT ...
a FROM ...
linky. Každý z nich potřebuje další vygenerované hodnostní číslo. Ty lze vygenerovat z hodnocení v CTE:
