JSON_VALUE pro SQL Server 2012?

Protože se zdá, že zatím nikdo neměl co nabídnout, zde je kód, který jsem dosud napsal. Možná to pomůže dalšímu člověku v mé kůži. Rozhodl jsem se použít samostatné funkce v závislosti na typu hodnoty, kterou načítám. Za zvláštní poznámku stojí, že funkce data slouží k načtení hodnoty, která je počtem milisekund od roku 1970, a funkce desítkové soustavy má parametr, který určuje, zda je hodnota uvozována nebo ne.
