Pesimistický zámek JPA nefunguje

Toto pozorování mohu potvrdit. Testoval jsem několik režimů zámku s databází H2 a všechny fungovaly podle očekávání. Ani jeden z pesimistických Lock-Modes nefungoval správně v kombinaci s databází Oracle. Proto otázka:co je na tomto kódu špatného?

U Oracle dvě z těchto souběžných spuštění kódu dávají stejná data, ačkoli první by mělo blokovat druhé:
